Our Core Values

We Glorify God in Everything

Jesus commanded His followers to, “Love God with all that’s in you and love your neighbor as yourself.” Therefore, through obedience to His Word and by living in the power of the Holy Spirit, we strive to foster spiritual growth in each student through worship, prayer, study of the Bible and making daily application of its principles.

We Minister with Honesty & Integrity

We are stewards of all that He has entrusted to us. That means our finances as well as our time and our character. We covenant together to be faithful in these areas. To conduct all ministry with grace and integrity in order to enhance the credibility of the Gospel. We hold true to conscience and refuse to hide behind masks of pretension. (Hebrews 13:5, I Timothy 2:2, I Timothy 2:24-25)

WE Build relationships based upon mutual respect, dignity and trust.

It is our experience, that ministry to the students is an overflow of the respect and trust we build amongst ourselves as staff and volunteers. Based on our respect for each other we choose not to gossip, complain or backbite; we protect each other’s reputation. We choose to be loyal and fair in our treatment of one another and to speak the truth in love, as the scripture command us to. In living like this, we model Christ-like relationships for the students. (Matthew 7:12, Ephesians 4:15)

We Know the Gospel Message Transforms Lives

Since we have been transformed, we believe and expect for 2 Corinthians 5:17 to be the motto for each student; we are no longer victims, but children of God. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, that person is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

We Expect Quality & Consistency

We demand excellence of ourselves – in ministry initiatives and in what we teach and give daily to one another. Colossians 3:23–24 Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance. It is the Lord Christ whom you serve.

We Walk in Vulnerability, Accountability, & Responsibility

We voluntarily open our lives to people who help us keep our word. We take ownership of our issues and don’t blame others. We make the choice to live transparently and authentically within our community and the world around us.
